Vanilla Pear Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 packet sweetner
  • 1/2 c fat free vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 c plain instant oatmeal
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 medium pear

Directions

  1. Peal, half and core pear. Dice into 1 inch pieces.

  2. Place in microwave-proof towel and sprinkle with sweetner (splenda) and cinnamon.

  3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile, put yogurt, oatmeal, egg whites and dash of salt in blender.

  5. Add pears. Blend until smooth.

  6. Use in same way as pancake batter, cooking over medium heat on nonstick griddle.
