Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

TIP: If you do not have buttermilk, add 1 tablespoon vinegar to 1 cup milk and allow to set for a bit.

Beat egg, add remaining ingredients in order listed and beat with rotary beater until smooth.

Grease heated griddle if necessary.
