Impossible Bacon Pie

Great for a Sunday night supper.

Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
- 1/3 cup onion chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

TIP: You can substitute 2 cups cut up fully cooked ham for the bacon.

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Grease a 10 inch deep dish pie plate. Sprinkle with bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate.

Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender on high speed, 1 minute with wire whisk or hand beater or until smooth. Pour into pie plate.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. (This took a lot longer to cook than I expected.)
