Hawaiian Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz. pkg. penne pasta, cooked
- 2 c. boneless, skinless chicken breats, cooked and diced
- 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
- 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained and juice reserved
- 3/4 c. celery, sliced
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- Dressing:
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 2 T. reserved pineapple juice
- 1/2 t. salt
Directions

Rinse penne with cold water; drain well

Combine all ingredients except pineapple juice and mix well

Pour dressing over the top; toss to coat

Chill before serving
