Hawaiian Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pkg. penne pasta, cooked
  • 2 c. boneless, skinless chicken breats, cooked and diced
  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained and juice reserved
  • 3/4 c. celery, sliced
  • 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 2 T. reserved pineapple juice
  • 1/2 t. salt

Directions

  1. Rinse penne with cold water; drain well

  2. Combine all ingredients except pineapple juice and mix well

  3. Pour dressing over the top; toss to coat

  4. Chill before serving

  6. Mix all ingredients together; use a whisk to blend well
