Broccoli/Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 c. frozen chopped broccoli (thaw before use)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (uncooked)
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 small can chopped mushrooms (pennsylvania dutch - optional)
  • 1 c. rice (amount after preparation
  • 1 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Cook the rice as per directions for one cup on box

  2. Combine in buttered 9″×13″ casserole with thawed broccoli, cheese, milk, soup and mushrooms

  3. Stir well

  4. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes
