Creamy Chicken, Vegetables & Noodles

Ingredients

  • 4 c. egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breats, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup light zesty Italian dressing
  • 3 1/2 cup fresh broccoli florets (or pkg. fresh broccoli florets to save time)
  • 1 large red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 yellow squash, sliced
  • 6 oz velveeta 2% prepared cheese product, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 T. fat free milk

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package

  2. Meanwhile, cooke chicken in dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5-7 minutes or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.

  3. Stir in vegetables; cover

  4. Simmer on medium heat 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp/tender

  5. Microwave velveeta and milk in small microwaveable bowl on High 2-3 minutes or until velveeta is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 1 1/2 minutes.

  6. Add chicken mixture; mix lightly.

  7. Serve over pasta
