Cinnamon – Apple Flan

Ingredients
- 1/2 stk butter
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Green apples, peel, core & slice
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Flour, unbleached
- 1 1/4 cup 1% lowfat milk
- Powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the sugar & cinnamon. Add the sliced apples. Cook until apples are translucent, about 5 minutes.
- While the apples are cooking, put milk, eggs and vanilla in blender; mix thoroughly. Then add flour to mixture and blend.
- Spray pie dish with PAM. Add apples, then pour in batter. Bake for about 15 minutes or until puffy and golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, slice and serve.
