Carrot Bread

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 t each baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup natural apple sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1t vanilla
  • 1c shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. mix wet ingredients…mix dry ingredients. Mix together and then add carrot and pecans. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes for muffins 50-55 minutes for bread
