Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can salmon
- 1 pkg Cracker Barrel Sharp
- 1 pint half and half
- 1 cup rice
- Salt and Pepper
- Dill to taste

Preparation
- Layer rice, salmon and grated cheese beginning with rice on the bottom, making two layers. Use seasonings lightly over salmon layer before adding cheese. Add paprika to top.
- Add pint of half and half, bake at 325F, covered for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes
