Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 t garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 t dry mustard, paprika & parsley
  • 1 T tomato paste
  • 4-5 slices bread, soaked in milk and then squeezed out
  • 1 t B.V.
  • 3 T. flour
  • 3 T butter
  • 1 c beef stock
  • 1 c sour cream

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients until B.V. Form meat balls, bake in oven until cooked.
  2. Make white sauce with flour and butter, stock and BV. cool and add sour cream. Pour over meatballs in a casserole dish. Reheat at a low temperature. Serve with egg noodles.
