Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 t garlic
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 t dry mustard, paprika & parsley
- 1 T tomato paste
- 4-5 slices bread, soaked in milk and then squeezed out
- 1 t B.V.
- 3 T. flour
- 3 T butter
- 1 c beef stock
- 1 c sour cream
Directions
- Mix all ingredients until B.V. Form meat balls, bake in oven until cooked.
- Make white sauce with flour and butter, stock and BV. cool and add sour cream. Pour over meatballs in a casserole dish. Reheat at a low temperature. Serve with egg noodles.
