Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c melted butter
- 1 c. flour
- Filling:
- 2 eggs
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 1 c pecans, chopped
- 1 c coconut
- 2 T flour
- 1/2 c baking powder
- 1/4 t salt
- Frosting:
- 4 T butter
- 3 c powdered sugar
- 2 T hot water
- 1/2 & 1/2
Directions
- Crust:
- Mix ingredients and press into 7"x11" pan. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes.
- Filling:
- Beat eggs until blended, mix in remaining ingredients. Spread over first layer. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes.
- Frosting:
- Brown butter – remove from heat – stir in sugar and water. Add enough 1/2 & 1/2 to make it creamy
