Lemon Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 c melted butter
  • 2 c flour
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c sugar
  • 4 T flour
  • 4-6 T lemon juice
  • 3 T lemon rind

Directions

  1. Mix first three ingredients and press into 15×10 pan. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Beat eggs, add sugar, flour and lemon. Pour over cooked crust. Bake for 20 minutes, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
