Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon(s) Dijon
- 1/2 cup(s) Feta
- 2 clove(s) Garlic, pressed
- 1 pound(s) Green Beans
- 2 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) Red Wine Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
- Salt & Pepper
- 1.5 pound(s) Shrimp, Raw
- Vinaigrette
Directions
- Whisk together vinegar, mustard, salt & pepper. Gradually drizzle in olive oil, whisking continuously until dressing is emulsified, set aside.
- Add beans to boiling water and simmer 5 minutes until crisp-tender, drain. In a large bowl, toss beans with dressing, set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper and cook until shrimp is cooked.
- Toss tomatoes, beans, shrimp and feta…serve.
