Ingredients
- 16 oz. spahettini
- Olive Oil
- 4t garlic, crushed
- 3/4 t salt and pepper
- 1T sliced sun dried tomatoes
- 1 med. tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 sm. bunches basil, shredded
- 4T butter
- 2T parmesan
- 2T pine nuts
Directions

Cook spaghettini until partially done, drain and set aside.

Saute garlic in oil, do not brown. Add s&p, tomatoes, diced tomato and saute. Add wine and broth, then pasta and basil.

Cook until volume reduced by half…stir in butter, top with parmesan and pine nuts.
