Ingredients
- 1 can(s) Black Beans
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) chili powder
- 2 cup(s) Cooked Brown Rice
- 1 cup(s) Frozen Corn, thawed
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) Pepper
- 1 can(s) Pinto Beans
- 2 tablespoon(s) reduced fat mexican cheese blend, shredded
- 3/4 cup(s) reduced fat Mexican cheese blend, shredded
- 3/4 cup(s) reduced fat sour cream
- 1 can(s) Rotel
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 tablespoon(s) scallions
Directions
- Mix everything together except the last 2T cheese. Spoon into baking dish and sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350
