Chocolate Drop Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 squares chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 t baking soda
  • 1/4 t baking powder
  • 1 c chopped nuts
  • Icing
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 1 T soft butter
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • Milk

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugars add egg and melted chocolate. Blend well. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 325 F for 12 minutes.

  2. Combine sugar, vanilla and butter to make icing. Add milk until creamy consistency.

  3. Ice cooled cookies.
