- 16 oz. can black-eyed peas
- 16 oz. can pinto beans
- 1 small can shoepeg corn
- 1 jalapeno pepper (chopped finely)
- 1 green pepper (chopped finely)
- 1 red pepper (chopped finely)
- 1 red onion (chopped finely)
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
