Ingredients
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 lb each, hot and sweet Italian Sausage
- 2 onions, chopped
- 12 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 t dried oregano
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1/2 c red wine
- 28 ounce diced tomatoes, drained
- 28 ounce tomato sauce
- 2-4 chicken breasts
- 3 T fresh basil or 1 T dried

Saute the sausage…either in or out of casing, cut into chunks. Saute onions and garlic. Add remaining ingredients and simmer a couple of hours
