Corn Casserole

Cook time: 60 minutes
Serves 8 people

Ingredients
- 1 can whole corn, drained
- 1 can cream style corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package corn muffin mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

Mix all together, EXCEPT for cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min, or until almost firm.

Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for another 15 minutes.
