Aunt Fanny’s Cabin Squash Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 pounds summer squash
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 1/2 cup cracker meal or bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions

Slice squash and boil until just tender and drain.

Put all ingredients in buttered baking dish EXCEPT for 1/2 of butter.

Pour remaining butter on top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
