Breakfast Casserole

Serves 12 people
Ingredients
- 1 box seasoned croutons
- 1 lb bulk sausage
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 8 oz shar cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
Directions

Butter a 9″ × 13″ pan.

Spread broutons on bottom.

Spread on cooked and drained sausage and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

Mix together the eggs and 1 1/4 cup milk.

Pour over sausage mixture.

Let sit overnight in refrigerator.

Mix soup with 1 cup milk.

Pour on top of casserole

Top with remaining shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Cover loosely with foil after 30 minutes if browning too quickly.
