Crab Cakes

Serves 8 people
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 red peppeer, chopped
- flour
- milk
- mustard powder
- 3, 8 oz containers crab meat
Directions

Cook onions and pepper in a little butter until soft.

Add a little flour and milk and some mustard powder.

Cool this mixture before adding to crab meat.

Add some bread crumbs.

Add a squirt of lemon if the mixture is too dry.
