Crab Cakes

Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 red peppeer, chopped
  • flour
  • milk
  • mustard powder
  • 3, 8 oz containers crab meat

Directions

  1. Cook onions and pepper in a little butter until soft.

  2. Add a little flour and milk and some mustard powder.

  3. Cool this mixture before adding to crab meat.

  4. Add some bread crumbs.

  5. Add a squirt of lemon if the mixture is too dry.
