Artichoke/Heart of Palm salad

Ingredients
- Mixed greens
- 6 or 7 ounce jar of artichoke hearts
- 6 or 7 ounce jar of hearts of palm
- 1 ounce pine nuts
- purple onion, thinly slice
Directions

Drain and combine slice hearts of palm and quartered artichoke hearts.

Brown pine nuts on medium with a little olive oil.

Mix all together with a thinly slice purple onion.
