Artichoke/Heart of Palm salad

Ingredients

  • Mixed greens
  • 6 or 7 ounce jar of artichoke hearts
  • 6 or 7 ounce jar of hearts of palm
  • 1 ounce pine nuts
  • purple onion, thinly slice

Directions

  1. Drain and combine slice hearts of palm and quartered artichoke hearts.

  2. Brown pine nuts on medium with a little olive oil.

  3. Mix all together with a thinly slice purple onion.
