Steak Diane

Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless sirloin steak
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces pre-sliced fresh mushrooms (rinsed)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup brown gravy
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons steak sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine
Directions

Preheat large saute pan on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes.

Cut steaks into 4 portions, sprinkle each side with seasoned salt.

Place butter in pan, swirl to coat.

Add steak and cook 6-8 minutes on each side.

Remove steaks from pan and set aside.

Add mushrooms and onions to same pan, stirring to loosen browned bits left on the bottom.

Meanwhile, combine gravy, s our cream and steak sauce in small bowl.

Stir wine and gravy mixture into pan, cook 1-2 minutes, stirring often, or until mixture boils and sauce begins to thicken.

Return steaks to pan, reduce heat to low. Cook 1-2 minutes to blend flavors.
