Tomatillo Salsa Verde

Ingredients
- 1 lb tomatillos, husked and rinsed
- 2-3 serrano chiles
- 3/4 cup cilantro, fresh leaves (1 bunch)
- 1 lime (to squeeze the juice from)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt

Juice the lime.

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and purée.
