- 2 oz of Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
- optional: 1/4 cup of chopped nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 4 ounces of diced Lychee
