Ingredients
- 2 t cumin
- 2 t chili powder
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1 lb bonelss chicken, cut into 1 " chunks
- 1 T oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans ( 14 1/2 oz ea.) Mexican style diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 c salsa
- 3/4 c golden raisins
- 1 can black beans, drained
Directions

Combine 1st 4 spices and coat chicken

heat oil and cook onion about 5 min

Add chicken and garlic, cook 3 min, stir

Add tomatoes, salsa, raisins, simmer 10 minutes

Add black beans, simmer 5 minutes

Serve with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and cilantro
