Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 lb mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 c red wine vinegar
- 1 c water
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 t thyme
- 1/2 t onion powder
- 2 t salt
- 12 black peppercorns
Directions

Place all ingredients except mushrooms in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer 5 minutes.

Add washed mushrooms and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.

Refrigerate when cooled
