Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 16 oz. container sour cream
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg (1.4 oz) Knorr Vegetable Soup and Recipe mix
  • 1 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, stir spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions until well mixed.

  2. Cover; chill 2 hours to blend flavors

  3. Stir before serving.
