Stir-fried Macaroni with Basil, Chilli & Garlic

Ingredients
- 50g macaroni
- 1/2 tbsp dried chopped basil (double the amount if using fresh)
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 chilli padi, cut (adjust or omit according to liking)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil, to taste
- 3 asparagus stalks, prepped
- 2 button mushrooms, stems removed and sliced thinly
- 2 tbsp diced veggies
Directions

Cook macaroni according to package instructions in slightly salted water. Drain and set aside.

In a wok, heat oil and saute garlic, basil and chilli until fragrant.

Add mushrooms, asparagus, and veggies and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Add cooked macaroni and until everything is well mixed. Season with salt to taste.
