No Fuss Lasagna

Ingredients
- 4 cups low fat marinara sauce
- 2 cups low-fat ricotta
- 1 cup low-fat small-curd cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup minced parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 4 ounces shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 12 ounces uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Directions

Mix ricotta, cottage cheese, parsley, garlic.

Add 1 cup marinara sauce to 9 × 13 inch dish.

Arrange 1/3 noodles so they touch, but do not overlap.

Spread 1/2 ricotta mix over noodles.

Top with 1/2 mozzarella.

Top with 1 cup sauce, 1/3 noodles, remaining ricotta mix, mozzarella.

Add another cup of sauce, remaining noodles, remaining sauce.

Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Cover with foil

Refrigerate 6 hours.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes.
