Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines Lemon Cake Mix
- 1 package instant lemon pudding (4 serving size)
- 1/2 cup Crisco oil
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs

- ICING:
- 1 pound box powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- lemon juice to thin
Directions

Combine ingredients for cake as listed and mix according to cake mix directions.

Pour into a floured, greased 13×9×2 inch cake pan.

Bake according to directions for this size pan.

When you remove cake from oven, immediately make icing using powdered sugar, thin with lemon juice and just 1 teaspoon vanilla to a “glaze” consistency.

Using a large 2 tined fork, poke holes all over cake in the pan…drizzle all the glaze over the cake.

Cool.
