Chunky Chocolate Jam Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 jar raspberry jam
  • 1 cup chopped semi-sweet chocolate

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 350, Line 13×9in pan with foil and grease

  2. Mix flour, brown sugar, and baking powder in large bowl

  3. Cut in butter until mixture resembles course crumbs

  4. Add oats, coconut, and pecans; mix well

  5. Press 1/2 the crumb mixture firmly onto pan

  6. Sprinke with chopped chocolate

  7. Spoon jam over top, and top with remaining crumb mixture
