Chunky Chocolate Jam Bars

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 jar raspberry jam
- 1 cup chopped semi-sweet chocolate
Directions

Preheat oven 350, Line 13×9in pan with foil and grease

Mix flour, brown sugar, and baking powder in large bowl

Cut in butter until mixture resembles course crumbs

Add oats, coconut, and pecans; mix well

Press 1/2 the crumb mixture firmly onto pan

Sprinke with chopped chocolate

Spoon jam over top, and top with remaining crumb mixture
