Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons instant latte or vanilla cappuccino mix
• 3/4 cup boiling water
• 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
• 1/4 cup half & half
• 1-2 drops peppermint extract
• Whipped cream and curshed candy canes, if desired.

Directions

1. Place latte mix in a large coffee mug.

2. Slowly stir in water, chocolate syrup, half & half, and peppermint extract.

3. Garnish with whipped cream and crushed candy canes, if desired.
