Banana Pudding Shortcake

Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix (ingredients called for on box)
- 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
- lemon juice
- 3 bananas
- Ingredients for "Seven Minute Frosting"
Directions

Mix and bake your favorite yellow cake mix according to package directions in a 13×9×2 inch pan.

Cool.

Carefully slice the cake into two large flat layers.

Spread a layer of vanilla pudding on the bottom layer of cake.

Slice bananas into a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice to keep the bananas from turning brown. Toss lightly, drain any excess lemon juice.

Place a layer of the sliced bananas on the pudding.

Cover bananas with additional pudding.

Place the second/top layer of cake on top of this.

You will need to store this in the fridge.
