Ingredients
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 3/4 cup apricot nectar
- 2 teaspoons lemon extract
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup Wesson oil
- 1 4 serving package lemon jello
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- ICING:
- 1 pound box powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- lemon juice as needed
Directions

Mix all ingredients together, beat until smooth (4-5 minutes).

Bake at 350 degrees for bundt cake.

ICING: Add lemon juice as needed to powdered sugar to make a glaze icing.
