Apricot Nectar Lemon Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 package lemon cake mix
  • 3/4 cup apricot nectar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup Wesson oil
  • 1 4 serving package lemon jello
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • -
  • ICING:
  • 1 pound box powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • lemon juice as needed

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, beat until smooth (4-5 minutes).

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for bundt cake.

  3. ICING: Add lemon juice as needed to powdered sugar to make a glaze icing.
