Ingredients
- 1 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c pecans
- 1 tbs sugar
- 5 tbs unsalted butter melted
- 4 8 ounce bars softened cream cheese
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 can Libby's Pumpkin (15 ounces)
- 3 large eggs
- 1tsp vanilla

Blend graham cracker crumbs, pecans, sugar and melted butter; form crust in spring pan, bake at 350 for ten minutes

Blend creamcheese, sugar, cinnamon, ginger and pumpkin, add in egss and vanilla and mix until smooth. Pour into crust Wrap pan in double foil, place in roast pan, fill with hot water until 1" up the pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hr 45 minutes, cool and chill overnight
