Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • roast
  • vegetable oil
  • carrots
  • potatoes
  • onions

Directions

  1. Brown roast on both sides in oil.

  2. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, wash the carrots, and cut into chunks.

  3. Add a tiny bit of water, carrots, potatoes, and onions to the roast in the pan.

  4. Salt and pepper.

  5. Cover, and cook until tender over low heat.

  6. Remove vegetables and meat, and make gravy.
