Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup pancake mix
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar (topping)
- 1/4 cup pecans (topping)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon *topping)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Grease an 8" square cake pan.

Combine pancake mix, sugar, and chocolate chips together.

Add water, sour cream, and vanilla.

Blend well.

Scoop into pan, using an ice cream scoop.

Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on dough.

Bake for 25 minutes.
