Flag Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 pints of halved strawberries
  • 10.75 ounces pound cake
  • 1 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1 tub of cool whip

Directions

  1. Slice one cup of strawberries and set the remaining strawberries aside.

  2. Cut pound cake into 10 slices.

  3. Line the bottom of a 9″ × 13″ baking dish with the pound cake slices.

  4. Top slices with 1 cup of sliced strawberries and one cup of blueberries.

  5. Top by spreading cool whip over fruit.

  6. Using remaining halved strawberries and blueberries to create a flag design.

  7. Cool until serving.
