Frosty Peaches & Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 white cake mix
  • 1 cup vanilla frosting
  • 2/3 cup peach preserves
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • 1 quart peach ice cream
  • 8 ounces of cool whip
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Bake cake in two 8" round pan.

  2. Line another 8" round cake pan with foil.

  3. Spread softened ice cream into pan.

  4. Freeze for 2 or 3 hours.

  5. Blend frosting and cool whip together.

  6. Add preserves and together.

  7. Spread 1/2 of preserve mixture onto cake.

  8. Top cake with ice cream.

  9. Spread remaining preserves on ice cream.

  10. Place second cake on top.

  11. Frost top and sides of cake with remaining frosting.
