Ingredients
- 1 white cake mix
- 1 cup vanilla frosting
- 2/3 cup peach preserves
- Dash of nutmeg
- 1 quart peach ice cream
- 8 ounces of cool whip
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

Bake cake in two 8" round pan.

Line another 8" round cake pan with foil.

Spread softened ice cream into pan.

Freeze for 2 or 3 hours.

Blend frosting and cool whip together.

Add preserves and together.

Spread 1/2 of preserve mixture onto cake.

Top cake with ice cream.

Spread remaining preserves on ice cream.

Place second cake on top.

Frost top and sides of cake with remaining frosting.
