Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups mashed bananas
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 tub vanilla frosting
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Butter two 9" round cake pans.

Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together.

In a second bowl beat oil, vanilla, and sugar together.

Add eggs to wet mixture one at a time.

Beat for 3 minutes.

In a third bowl mix banana, pineapple, coconut, and nuts together.

Add to egg mixture.

Mix well.
-
Now add wet mixture to dry mixture.

Mix well.

Pour batter into pans.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

Allow cakes to cool competely.

Stack and frost as desired.
