Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 17 ounces creamed corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 17 ounces corn with liquid
- 8.5 ounces Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt butter in a 9″ × 13″ baking dish.

Add corn and cornbread mix to butter.

Mix well.

Add eggs and sour cream.

Mix well.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes.
