Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon
- 1/2 pound mushrooms
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
Directions

Cook bacon over medium heat until beginning to brown.

Add mushrooms, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Cook 10 minutes; stirring occassionally.

Add white wine.

Cook until liquid is almost evaporated; about 1 minute.
