Caramelized Asparagus and Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 - 2lb bag of carrots
- 1-2 bundles of asparagus
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- rosemary
Directions

peel and slice carrots

place carrots in the the pot and cover with water

boil carrots until slightly soft

set carrots aside

add asparagus to large skillet and drizzle with olive oil

saute for 5-7 minutes or until slightly soft

add carrots sugar, salt, pepper and rosemary

serve on platter!
