- Chicken
- marinara sauce
- garlic
- red pepper
- onion
- mushrooms
- yellow squash
- olive oil
- basil
- oregano
Directions

Brown chicken lightly in olive oil in large skillet with lid. Remove chicken to plate (will not be cooked.)

Add vegetables to skillet and cook until crisp-tender, just a couple minutes.

Add chicken back into the skillet with the vegetables, marinara and spices.

Cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through. (This could be long or short depending on whether the chicken is boneless or not.)
