Ingredients
- King prawns - 800 gm
- Onion (medium size)- 2 nos
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes - 2 nos
- Garlics - 5 pods
- Ginger - 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves - 10 nos
- Green chillies - 6 nos
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Ground pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Coriander leaves - to garnish
Directions

1)Fry the onions in oil until brown.

2)Add ginger , garlic , curry leaves and stir to mix well.

3)Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala and stir until roasted smell comes from masala.

4)Add chopped tomatoes, mix until it becomes a paste.

5)Add green chillies and pepper and then the prawns.

6)Mix well and cook in low flame about 15-20 minute and then keep on stirring until the prawns are well coated with the masala and dry.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
