Lemon, Garlic, and Parsley Butter

Ingredients
- 4 T unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley leaves
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- ground black pepper
Directions

Using a fork, beat all ingredients, including pepper to taste, together in a small bowl until combined. Just before serving steak, spoon about 1 tablespoon butter onto each and serve.
