Chicken Diable

Ingredients
- skinless chicken pieces (dark meat works best)
- 4 T margarine
- 1/2 c honey
- 1/4 c mustard
- 1 t salt
- 1 t curry powder
Directions

Melt margarine in a deep baking dish and stir in remaining ingredients. Roll chicken pieces in sauce to coat both sides. Keep meaty side up in sauce and bake about 1 hour at 375 or until chicken is tender and richly glazed. Sauce is yummy over sticky rice.
